The leadership team behind Story Homes, a 7 figure California wholesale brokerage!
Saad is the founder of Story Homes and a seasoned real estate investor with over 15 years of experience in the wholesale space. Since 2008, he has facilitated more than 5,000 wholesale transactions, built and led teams in multiple markets, and founded and scaled two companies.
Adam has been wholesaling for nearly 10 years and has closed around 400 deals. He has helped launch the careers of multiple top-producing agents and team leads, and is now focused on building a new operation with systems designed to help agents ramp up quickly and close consistently.
Matin has been wholesaling for 6 years and has closed over 250 deals. He’s known for consistently landing high-margin transactions, including a $400,000 assignment fee and eight deals with fees over $200,000. Matin has also trained multiple agents who now have leadership roles.
Alex has been wholesaling real estate for over 9 years and has closed approximately 300 deals across both single-family and multi-family properties. He has also built and led a high-performing acquisitions team, with three of his agents now serving as team leads.
Ryan has over 6 years of experience in wholesaling, with more than 100 deals closed and $5M+ in volume. He’s also helped develop top-performing agents, including Kelly, who sold 34 deals in her first year and became one of the most consistent producers on the team.
